Brighton residents, please note an application has been made to amend the Concept Plan for the neighbourhood.
The amendment proposes several reconfigurations in the west, and southern portions of the neighbourhood. This includes changes to some of the land uses, street network, linear park design, and service networks. The following link provides information on how to share feedback with the City and the proponent, background, process and information on the application.
The application is currently scheduled to be presented to the Municipal Planning Commission on February 23, 2021. Following MPC, it will be before City Council at a Public Hearing currently scheduled for March 22, 2021 (public notice will be given for the date of the Hearing).
